What is the referral bonus?
After completing the first client visit, we’ll send both the referring and referred providers $500!
What are the requirements to join Rula?
To join our network, providers must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist in their state and able to provide telehealth.
What steps do I have to take in order to receive the referral bonus?
After you fill out the referral form above, one of our representatives will reach out to you to complete the onboarding process. Then you will have 90 days from your contract sign date to complete your first client visit.
Once you’ve completed your first client visit and the referral is approved, it will be disbursed in the following 1-2 pay cycles.
When and how will I receive my referral bonus?
After you complete your first client visit, the referral will be reviewed for approval and paid out via direct deposit in 1-2 pay cycles. To view Rula’s pay calendar, click here.
Can I also refer providers to Rula?
Yes! To refer other providers to Rula, please sign up for our referral program here. Once you’ve signed up, you will receive your unique referral link. You can send this to your colleagues via email, social networks, and text.
Please note, we are only able to disburse payments to active Rula providers. Even if the provider you refer completes all the referral eligibility steps, if you end up not joining Rula, you will be unable to receive the referral bonus.
I joined Rula but didn’t use my colleague’s unique referral link to sign up. Are we still eligible for the bonus?
Unfortunately, in order to be eligible for the referral bonus, the referred provider must use the referring provider’s unique url. While we cannot guarantee we will be able to grant an exception, if there are extenuating circumstances, please contact our team to assist you.
What if I am referred by multiple providers?
Each referred provider is only able to have one referring provider. In cases of multiple referrals, we honor the first referral submitted.
Is there a time limit for the referral bonus?
Yes. In order to remain eligible for the referral bonus, the referred provider must complete their first client visit within 90 days of signing their contract with Rula.
Additionally, each referral link will remain valid for six months. For example, if you complete the referral form above on January 1 but do not end up joining Rula by June 31, your referral will expire. If this occurs and you have not yet signed a contract with Rula, you can complete the referral form above again to re-establish the referral.
Can I refer/be referred by a psychiatry provider?
Unfortunately, no. Right now we are only able to accept referrals from within the same program. (i.e. Therapy provider referrals from therapy providers and psychiatry provider referrals from psychiatry providers.)
